Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Kerala, India. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, talent management, and employee onboarding while implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The individual will also manage employee relations, payroll, and performance appraisals, contributing to a positive work culture and organizational development. Strategic planning and staffing initiatives will also be part of day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Minimum experiance of 5 years .
- Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding
- Knowledge of Labor Laws, HR Policies, and Compliance Requirements
- Skills in Payroll Processing, Performance Appraisal, and Benefits Administration
- Strong Interpersonal, Leadership, and Communication Skills
- Proficiency in Organizational Development and Strategic HR Planning
- Ability to foster a positive workplace environment and manage employee relations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the education or training industry is advantageous
