🚀 We’re Hiring: HR Manager (Mumbai | Full-Time, On-Site) 🚀

We are Mumbai’s largest retail chain, operating 100+ stores across Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, and Palghar. As we scale our footprint in smartphones and consumer electronics, we need an HR leader to claim a seat at our table.
What you’ll do:
✔️ End-to-End HR: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and lifecycle management for both store and corporate teams.
✔️ Policy & Strategy: Design and implement smart, fair company policies and ensure labour law compliance as we scale.
✔️ Culture & Growth: Manage performance cycles, drive training programs, and build a collaborative, high-energy workplace culture.
✔️ Data-Driven: Use HRIS tools and metrics to optimise multi-location team operations.
What you bring:
👉 5+ years of HR Generalist/Manager experience (Retail or multi-location experience preferred).
👉 A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
👉 Strong stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and data reporting skills.
👉 The grit to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
