Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Mumbai. The HR Manager will lead the planning and implementation of HR strategies to align with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, crafting employee development programs, handling compliance, and leading employee engagement activities. The role also involves policy development, training implementation, and ensuring the seamless operation of HR functions to support business growth. You will also be responsible for employee experience management at both store level and office level.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Workforce Planning
- Knowledge of HR Policy Development, Performance Management, and Organizational Development and Training and Development.
- Familiarity with compliance, labor laws, and regulatory standards
- Proficiency in HR software and tools; ability to analyze and report HR metrics
- Experience and strong expertise in employee relations, and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced retail environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
