💼Hiring | Sr. Manager – Human Capital (HRST – WFM) | India | 15+ years
Are you ready to lead large-scale workforce transformation programs that directly influence enterprise performance?
This role sits at the intersection of HR strategy, technology, and global delivery—offering high visibility, C-suite exposure, and the opportunity to shape workforce management capabilities at scale.
🔎 Core Capabilities Required:
✔15+years experience, including 5+ years in UKG (Kronos) WFM implementations
✔Deep expertise in Workforce Management, Payroll, Time & Labor architecture and design
✔Strong experience managing global, large-scale transformation programs end-to-end
✔Hands-on exposure to WFM tools like UKG, Infor (Workbrain), Workforce Software
✔Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams (PMO, tech, testing, functional) and stakeholder alignment
✔Commercial acumen across project estimation, budgeting, SLAs, and client delivery excellence
🎓Education: Master’s in Human Resource Management (preferred)
⏳Notice Period: Open to discussion
📍Location: Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Gurgaon / Mumbai / Kolkata / Chennai / Pune
