Job Title: HR Manager

We are looking for a skilled HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations while managing placements and college engagement activities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in recruitment, employee management, and coordination with external partners.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention
- Handle placement coordination and schedule interviews with corporate partners
- Plan and execute college visits, seminars, and workshops
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and support payroll processes
- Address employee concerns and ensure a positive work environment
- Lead and manage the HR and placement team
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements
🔹 Requirements
- 3–5 years of HR experience in IT/EdTech industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
- Experience in placements and college outreach
- MBA in HR or related field preferred
