At Tibro-Orbit, we curate world-class travel experiences, based out of 10 locations in India. We are looking for a dynamic, disciplined, and a seasoned Business HR Manager to lead our human resource functions from corporate headquarters in Mumbai.
📋 Key Responsibilities:
• Modernize HR: Introduce modern HR practices and strengthen compliance across pan-India offices.
• Talent Scouting: Lead recruitment and onboarding for travel consultants, sales, and operations experts.
• Performance & Optimization: Optimize resource utilization and enhance sales efficacy & performance systems.
• Culture Captain: Build robust training frameworks and foster a high-energy, collaborative, and disciplined workplace.
🎯 What You Bring to the Journey:
• Experience: In HR Management or leadership roles in HR (preferable background Travel/Hospitality/Ex-Serviceman).
• Skills: Strong leadership, deep knowledge of Indian labor laws, and a passion for structured organizational development.
