Role Description
The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage HR functions, policies, and procedures to support the organization’s goals. Primary responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, and training and development. Additional duties are maintaining personnel records, supporting performance management processes, and developing strategies to improve employee engagement and retention. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance standards, and HR regulations
- Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and team management
- Skills in training, development, and performance management processes
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and other administrative tools
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred
