We Are Hiring: HR & Admin Manager
Location: North Bengaluru (Full-time, On-site)
Experience: 4–6 years in HR Generalist and Office Administration roles (Experience in design, architecture, or creative agencies is a strong plus)
Company Description
The Unique Story is a premium, design-forward interior design studio in Bengaluru. We craft deeply personalized, luxury residential and commercial turnkey spaces.
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-centric HR & Admin Manager to streamline our talent acquisition, oversee day-to-day office operations, and nurture a highly collaborative, cohesive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Recruitment & HR (60%)
- Drive the complete talent acquisition lifecycle: sourcing, screening portfolios, scheduling technical rounds, and negotiating offers for designers, project managers, and stylists.
- Design and execute a seamless onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
- Manage employee relations, performance tracking, attendance, and leave records.
- Cultivate a cohesive, positive studio culture through team-building activities and transparent internal communication.
2. Office Operations & Administration (40%)
- Oversee day-to-day studio administration, maintaining an immaculately organized, premium workplace.
- Manage office tracking systems, petty cash, vendor payments, and procurement of studio supplies/material samples.
- Coordinate internal documentation, company assets, and digital workspace organization.
- Act as the central point of contact for external facility vendors, maintenance teams, and IT support.
What We Look For:
- Education: MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Traits: An exceptionally organized, structured personality with a natural ability to multitask without breaking a sweat.
- Communication: Flawless verbal and written communication skills with strong emotional intelligence to resolve workplace conflicts smoothly.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace and experience using HRMS tools or modern tracking software.
