Job Title: Assistant Manager – Human Resources & Admin
📍 Location: Khar, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including manpower planning and hiring at all levels.
- Manage campus recruitment initiatives to attract young talent.
- Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities, including background verification.
- Maintain attendance records, leave tracking, and payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, TDS, and PT regulations.
- Address employee concerns through grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and issuing warnings when required.
- Organize employee engagement activities such as Fun Fridays, birthday celebrations, and festival events.
- Manage HR MIS & vendor relationships.
- Draft and implement HR policies to align with business goals.
- Oversee daily administrative functions of the office and workshop.
Skills & Experience:
- Relevant HR & Admin experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll, compliance, and HR operations.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Experience in employee engagement and grievance handling.
