Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Tarapur. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, and the implementation of HR policies to foster a positive workplace environment. Key responsibilities include managing performance appraisals, developing training programs, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, maintaining employee records, and handling conflict resolution. The role also involves working closely with leadership to enhance workplace culture and support organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes, including talent acquisition and workforce planning
- Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that ensure compliance with labor laws and ethical standards
- Skills in performance management, employee engagement, and team development
- Experience with conflict resolution and fostering positive employee relations
- Proficient in maintaining accurate employee records and utilizing HR technology systems
- Knowledge in labor laws and regulations, payroll management, and benefits administration
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
- Prior experience in manufacturing or a similar industrial environment is a plus
