Role Description The Human Resources Manager at Telth Healthcare is a full-time, on-site role based in Salem. This role oversees day-to-day HR operations, including managing the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding. The Human Resources Manager develops and implements HR policies, ensures compliance with labor laws, and supports leaders with workforce planning and organizational development. Responsibilities include handling employee relations matters, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The role also involves coordinating training and development initiatives, managing HR documentation and HRIS records, and collaborating with leadership on compensation, benefits, and engagement programs.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in core HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Proven experience developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance practices aligned with labor regulations.
- Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution, coaching, and fostering an inclusive, respectful work environment.
- Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS), HR analytics, and accurate HR documentation and record-keeping.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner with all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are an advantage.
- Experience working in healthcare, technology, or a fast-paced, mission-driven environment is preferred.
