Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Human Resources Manager.
The Human Resources Manager will oversee talent acquisition, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
Additional responsibilities include admin functions, developing HR policies, managing training and development programs, coordinating performance evaluations, handling employee relations, and maintaining HR records. The role will also involve creating strategies to foster a positive workplace culture and supporting organizational objectives through effective people management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in recruitment, workforce planning, and talent acquisition strategies
- Experience in employee engagement, retention strategies, and resolving employee relations issues
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance standards, and local labor laws
- Proficiency in performance management, training, and development strategies
- Ability to maintain accurate HR records and develop strategic people management plans
- Exceptional network, interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Proven experience in HR roles; industry experience in aerospace or manufacturing is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
