Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee and manage all
aspects of Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, performance management, policy
implementation, compliance, training & development, and overall HR operations.
The HR Manager will play a key role in building a positive work culture, improving employee
performance, and aligning HR strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities-
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
● Handle end-to-end recruitment process for all departments.
● Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
● Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and consultants.
● Conduct HR screening and schedule interviews.
● Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes.
● Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
Employee Onboarding & Exit Management
● Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.
● Ensure smooth joining formalities and orientation sessions.
● Handle employee resignation, exit interviews, and full & final settlements.
● Maintain employee records and HR databases.
HR Operations
● Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
● Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts/payroll team.
● Handle HR letters including offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, experience
letters, etc.
● Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and SOPs.
Performance Management
● Monitor employee performance and productivity.
● Manage appraisal cycles, KPIs, and performance reviews.
● Handle PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) processes.
● Coordinate with department managers for employee evaluations.
Employee Engagement & Culture
● Organize employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
● Resolve employee grievances and maintain healthy workplace relationships.
● Promote positive work culture and employee satisfaction.
● Conduct employee feedback and retention initiatives.
Training & Development
● Identify training needs across departments.
● Coordinate internal and external training programs.
● Monitor employee learning and development activities.
● Support leadership development initiatives.
Compliance & Policies
● Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
● Handle PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance coordination.
● Maintain HR documentation and audit records.
● Update and implement HR policies as per organizational requirements.
Team Management
● Lead and manage the HR team effectively.
● Monitor HR department goals and daily operations.
● Prepare HR reports and management dashboards.
● Support business growth through strategic HR planning.
Required Skills

Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
● MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Preferred Experience
● Experience in IT, Staffing, Recruitment, or Consulting industry preferred.
● Experience handling large-scale hiring and employee management.
● Prior experience managing HR operations independently.
