Role Description The Human Resources Manager at TechOwl will oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding, for the on-site team in Surat. This full-time role involves partnering with leadership to anticipate workforce needs, design effective hiring plans, and maintain an engaging, inclusive workplace culture aligned with cybersecurity industry demands. The HR Manager will manage HR operations such as payroll coordination, attendance and leave administration, HR policy implementation, and maintenance of accurate employee records. They will guide managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures while ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies. The role also includes developing training initiatives, facilitating feedback and engagement surveys, organizing team-building activities, and supporting compensation and benefits reviews to attract and retain talent.
Qualifications
- Strong HR operations and administration skills, including employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, and HRIS usage.
- Experience in talent acquisition, including job requirement scoping, sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating selection processes.
- Proficiency in performance management, feedback systems, and developing or implementing employee development programs.
- Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and best practices in workplace policies and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and leadership levels.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and culture-building activities.
- Analytical mindset with experience using HR metrics and reports to inform decisions and improve processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a technology or cybersecurity-focused environment, or with fast-growing organizations
