Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Technova Tapes in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The role will contribute to developing strategies for talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development. Day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing HR policies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting business objectives through effective workforce management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Workforce Planning
- Comprehensive knowledge of Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Employee Engagement
- Experience in Performance Management, Learning & Development, and Training
- Familiarity with Labor Laws, HR Compliance, and Policy Implementation
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage teams and build a positive workplace culture
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (higher education is advantageous)
- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a priority
