Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Chennai. The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and performance management. The individual will ensure compliance with legal and organizational policies, foster a positive and inclusive work environment, and collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
Compensation:
₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources practices, workforce planning, and talent acquisition
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Experience in the F&B and Hospitality sectors is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
