Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Swathi BuildTech Pvt Ltd, located in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The HR Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing HR activities, which include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, compliance, and performance management. The role involves developing HR strategies, managing employee benefits, maintaining a positive workplace culture, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and organizational policies. The HR Manager will also act as a strategic partner to leadership in driving workforce planning and organizational development.
Qualifications
- Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
- Knowledge of Labor Laws, Policies, and Regulatory Compliance
- Strong Communication, Leadership, and Problem-Solving Skills
- Proficiency in Training and Development Programs
- Experience in Organizational Development and Workforce Planning
- Proven ability to maintain a culture of employee engagement and satisfaction
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a construction or manufacturing environment
- HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR is a plus
