Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations, including recruitment, policy development and implementation, employee relations, performance management, and training programs. The role also involves compliance with regulations, maintaining employee records, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The manager will work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives to support organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding
- Strong understanding of HR Policies, Compliance, and Employee Relations
- Experience in Performance Management, Compensation Planning, and Benefits Administration
- Capability in Training and Development, including developing and delivering employee engagement initiatives
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
- Ability to build collaborative work environments and handle conflict resolution
- Prior experience in a managerial HR role; experience in the education, ed-tech, or technology sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; a Master’s degree
