Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Manesar. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing and executing people-related programs, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, payroll management, and performance appraisals. Other responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing organizational development initiatives, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and onboarding processes
- Experience in Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, and handling grievances
- Knowledge of Payroll Management and HR Policies
- Understanding of labor laws, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Strong skills in Organizational Development and strategic planning
- Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work effectively in a dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar HR managerial role is strongly preferred
