Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Noida. The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations, including recruiting, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement programs. This role involves developing and implementing HR policies, resolving employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will also work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals, while fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen our HR function. Based out of Noida, this is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a key part in building people strategies, driving culture, and supporting business growth.

鉁旓笍 Strong experience in recruitment, onboarding, and talent management
鉁旓笍 Hands-on expertise in performance management, engagement, and training programs
鉁旓笍 Solid understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance
鉁旓笍 Proven ability to manage employee relations and conflict resolution
鉁旓笍 Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
鉁旓笍 Bachelor鈥檚 degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master鈥檚 preferred)
鉁旓笍 Experience with HR tools and software is a plus
鉁旓笍 Prior experience in construction, infrastructure, or related sectors is advantageous
