Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for SSC Group. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting leaders with workforce planning and organizational development. The Human Resources Manager will manage compensation and benefits processes, coordinate training and development initiatives, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Daily activities include handling HR documentation, resolving employee queries, supporting change management, and partnering with management to align HR practices with business goals.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Candidates should possess expertise in HR policy development, compliance with labor laws, and compensation and benefits administration.
- Candidates should possess skills in training, talent development, and organizational development to support employee growth and engagement.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills to work effectively across teams.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in HRIS or HR management software, MS Office tools, and data-driven HR reporting and analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field; a master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Relevant experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR generalist role, preferably within real estate, construction, or related industries.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams in Bengaluru, maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and a people-focused approach.
