Location: Hyderabad
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 2+ years relevant experience in Mining / Industrial / Infrastructure / Manufacturing industry (Overall 6+ years preferred)
Reporting To: Managing Director
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and joining coordination
- Manage bulk hiring and manpower requirements for mines, factories, and projects
- Coordinate daily with mines, factories, and operational teams regarding workforce and site updates
- Collect and report daily manpower, attendance, and operational updates to the Managing Director
- Handle employee coordination, discipline management, grievance handling, and workforce support
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance, and statutory registers
- Handle HR compliance related to EPFO, ESIC, PT, and Employee documentation
- Prepare HR MIS reports, manpower reports, attendance reports, and payroll inputs
- Coordinate with supervisors and project heads regarding manpower planning and operational requirements
- Support smooth day-to-day workforce and operational functioning across multiple locations
Required Skills
- Strong recruitment and employee hiring skills
- Experience in industrial, mining, manufacturing, or infrastructure sector preferred
- Strong communication, coordination, reporting, and workforce management skills
- Good knowledge of HR operations, compliance, attendance, and documentation
- Strong MS Excel and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment
- Willingness to travel to mines and project locations as required
- English, Hindi, and regional language communication preferred
