Hiring: Manager – Human Resources (Plant HR | Manufacturing)
Location: Ahmedabad (Rajoda – Bavda)
Experience: 8–12 Years
Compensation: Up to ₹15 LPA
Work Schedule: 6 Days Working | Work from Office
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on HR professional to lead Plant HR operations in a manufacturing environment. The role requires strong expertise in Industrial Relations, statutory compliance, and workforce management, with a clear focus on aligning HR strategies with production goals and overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end Plant HR operations for both shopfloor workforce and staff
• Manage Industrial Relations including union handling, grievance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
• Ensure full compliance with applicable Labour Laws and Factory Regulations (Gujarat)
• Drive manpower planning in alignment with production plans and business forecasts
• Manage high-volume recruitment for shopfloor operators and technical roles
• Oversee contract labour management, vendor compliance, and workforce discipline
• Lead statutory and customer audits including ISO, RBA, and internal audits
• Implement and manage performance management systems including KRA/KPI frameworks and incentive structures
• Handle payroll inputs, attendance systems, leave management, and overall HR operations
• Develop, implement, and standardize HR policies, SOPs, and processes
• Drive employee engagement, retention strategies, and training & development initiatives
• Partner with plant leadership to enhance productivity, efficiency, and workforce utilization
Key Requirements:
• 8–12 years of experience in a Manufacturing / Plant HR environment
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role
• Strong hands-on experience in Factory HR and shopfloor workforce management
• Proven expertise in Industrial Relations and handling labour issues
• In-depth knowledge of Labour Laws and Factory Compliance (Gujarat)
• Experience in bulk hiring, workforce planning, and contract labour management
• Exposure to statutory audits such as ISO, RBA, or equivalent frameworks
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities
