Role Description This full-time Human Resources Manager role is a hybrid position based in Manjeri, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, supporting managers with workforce planning, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and organizational standards. The role will also involve facilitating training and development initiatives, managing compensation and benefits processes, and promoting an inclusive, engaging workplace culture aligned with Solaire’s values. The Human Resources Manager will collaborate closely with leadership to support organizational growth in the renewable energy sector.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Skills in training, coaching, and talent development to support employee growth and organizational capability.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills to build trust and foster a positive, inclusive workplace.
- Competence in HR information systems, basic data analysis, and reporting to support informed decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a managerial HR role, preferably within technology, energy, or sustainability-focused organizations.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Manjeri, managing both onsite and remote interactions.
