Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Job Summary:The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and exit processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
- Drive employee engagement and handle employee relations
- Oversee performance management and appraisal processes
- Ensure HR policy implementation and statutory compliance
- Handle payroll inputs, attendance, and HR operations
- Manage training and development initiatives
- Oversee exit formalities and attrition analysis
- Maintain HR MIS and reports
Qualifications:- MBA/PG in HR or related field
- 5–10 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
