Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Job Summary:

The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and exit processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
• Drive employee engagement and handle employee relations
• Oversee performance management and appraisal processes
• Ensure HR policy implementation and statutory compliance
• Handle payroll inputs, attendance, and HR operations
• Manage training and development initiatives
• Oversee exit formalities and attrition analysis
• Maintain HR MIS and reports

Qualifications:

• MBA/PG in HR or related field
• 5–10 years of relevant HR experience
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
