The Role
As we expand our operations, we are looking for a Senior HR Executive to lead our people operations and organizational scaling. This is a hands-on role focused on building the HR infrastructure necessary to support a growing manufacturing business. You will be responsible for designing and implementing processes that improve efficiency and maintain our company culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Scaling Architecture: Design and implement organizational structures to support our business growth. Identify talent needs and develop workforce plans that align with production and corporate requirements.
- Onboarding Workflow: Develop and manage a structured, end-to-end onboarding process. Ensure every new hire is effectively integrated, trained, and aligned with company standards.
- HR Operations: Manage the full employee lifecycle, including performance management, attendance, and record-keeping.
- Policy Implementation: Establish and enforce clear HR policies that ensure compliance, fairness, and operational safety.
- Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to maintain high morale and retention, particularly within our manufacturing and production teams.
- Performance Management: Set up systems to track performance and support career development for all staff levels.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of core HR experience.
- Education: Any Bachelor’s degree.
- Technical Skills: Proven experience in designing onboarding workflows and organizational scaling.
- Professional Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Communication: Clear, direct communication style suited for interacting with both leadership and shop-floor personnel.
