Responsibilities
- Graduate (Any) | MBA (Full Time) from the reputed University/College
- 8-12+ years in Hospital / Healthcare recruitment experience including leadership roles.
- Experience for implementing Application tracking systems shall be preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management, analytical mindset, and the ability to influence clinical staff.
- The incumbent would need to travel all the units of the sterling hospitals.
- Hands on experience in Hospital, Healthcare recruitment at leadership roles is preferred.
