Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, and performance management. Responsibilities include developing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, implementing training and professional development programs, and enhancing workplace culture to support employee engagement and organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and onboarding processes
- Experience in payroll administration, benefits management, and labor law compliance
- Proficiency in performance management, training, and professional development programs
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Team leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
- Professional certifications like PHR or SHRM-CP are a plus
- Familiarity with HR software and tools is advantageous
