Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Lucknow. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and talent management. Responsibilities include implementing HR policies, managing employee training programs, supporting staff performance reviews, and ensuring adherence to labor regulations. The individual will also collaborate with management to align HR practices with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes
- Strong skills in developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and facilitating training programs
- Experience in compliance with labor laws and other legal regulations
- Ability to effectively handle performance management and employee engagement strategies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Proven experience with HR software and tools is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus)
- Prior experience in a similar role in IT or related industries will be an added benefit
