Job Title: HR Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead employee engagement initiatives, implement HR policies, and oversee HR operations across multiple branches. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment, addressing employee grievances, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Engagement
- Design and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives
- Conduct surveys, feedback sessions, and engagement activities
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- HR Policy Implementation
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures
- Ensure policies are aligned with company goals and legal requirements
- Drive awareness and adherence to policies across all branches
- Grievance Management
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters effectively
- Act as a mediator to resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper documentation
- Multi-Branch HR Operations
- Oversee HR operations across multiple locations/branches
- Ensure consistency in HR practices across all branches
- Coordinate with branch managers on HR-related matters
- Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Conduct audits and maintain HR records and documentation
- Monitor adherence to internal guidelines and ethical standards
- Performance & Development
- Support performance management processes
- Identify training and development needs
- Drive employee growth and retention strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in HR, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple locations/teams
