Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, staff training, and development programs. Responsibilities include implementing HR policies, managing employee performance, handling payroll and compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will also focus on aligning human resources strategies with organizational goals to drive efficiency and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
• Experience in Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Conflict Resolution
• Proficiency in Payroll Management, HR Operations, and Compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Knowledge of Training, Development, and Organizational Improvement strategies
• Proficient in HR Management Systems (HRMS) and related tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the manufacturing or textile industry is advantageous
