Job Description:
As the HR Manager, you will shape the workforce, drive employee engagement, foster a positive culture, and ensure compliance with HR policies. Your responsibilities will include overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
· Recruitment: Manage all recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
· Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and maintain strong relationships across teams.
· Performance Management: Develop effective review processes and employee development programs.
· Training: Identify training needs and organize professional development initiatives.
· Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and maintain employee records.
· Engagement: Implement initiatives to build a positive company culture.
· Reporting: Prepare reports on HR metrics like staffing levels and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
· Experience as an HR Manager, ideally in event management or hospitality.
· Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.
