Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Ahmedabad. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, develop and implement HR policies, and manage employee relations and workforce planning. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with labor laws, conducting performance reviews, managing employee engagement initiatives, and identifying training and development needs for the staff.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes
- Ability to develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures
- Experience handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and workforce management
- Proficiency in compliance with labor laws and industry regulations
- Competency in performance evaluation, employee engagement, and team-building activities
- Familiarity with identifying and addressing training and professional development needs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM or equivalent) are a plus
