Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources (HR) Manager based in Surat. The HR Manager will oversee and manage the recruitment process, develop HR strategies, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and facilitate employee engagement and development programs. Their responsibilities will also include resolving employee disputes, identifying skill development needs, maintaining employee records, and driving overall organizational success through effective HR management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in recruitment, talent acquisition, and staff management
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in employee engagement, conflict resolution, and team building
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and training programs
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
- Previous experience in HR management or a similar role is strongly preferred
