Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee the end-to-end Human Resources function. The role requires a strategic thinker who can drive talent acquisition, strengthen HR operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a high-performance, engagement-driven organizational culture aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the complete HR function, including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Compliance.
- Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to attract top-tier talent, particularly within the affiliate marketing and digital ecosystem.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws, statutory compliances, and corporate governance frameworks.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling with professionalism and discretion.
- Design and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.
- Drive organizational development initiatives, including culture-building, leadership development, and performance enhancement programs.
- Partner closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business goals and growth plans.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, MBA (HR), or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the Affiliate Marketing or Digital Marketing industry.
- Strong expertise in HR strategy, talent management, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly proactive, result-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
