About the Role
Setco Auto Systems is hiring a strategic HR Manager to lead and elevate our human resources function at our Kalol facility. You'll serve as the critical link between management and employees — driving performance, engagement, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute hiring strategies and build strong talent pipelines
- Design and run structured onboarding and training programs
- Own the performance management system — KPIs, appraisals, and fortnightly target reviews
- Design and manage compensation structures and employee benefits
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Develop and enforce HR policies in line with labor laws
- Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and succession strategy
- Manage HR operations, analytics, and change management initiatives
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred
- 9–12 years of progressive HR experience
- Proven expertise in performance management, employee relations, and strategic HR planning
- Experience managing mid-to-large work forces
- Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial setups is a strong advantage
- Proficient with HRIS, ATS, and analytics tools
Interview Process
Shortlisted candidates will be required to give a presentation covering their approach to key HR functions, real-world implementation examples, and their performance management strategy.
