The company also produces precision engineering components, including complex pressings, forgings, and machined castings that are heat-treated to meet stringent standards. Headquartered in Mumbai, India, Setco operates four manufacturing facilities: two in India, one in the UK, and one in the USA. Additionally, Setco UK serves as the global R&D hub for clutch products, while Setco USA drives innovation in hydraulic products.
Role Description
The Human Resources Manager will oversee and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support organizational goals. Key responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations. The role involves talent development, employee engagement initiatives, and managing compensation and benefits programs to foster a positive workplace culture. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bikaner.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Familiarity with labor laws, compliance standards, and HR policies
- Experience with training and development programs and employee engagement strategies
- Solid understanding of compensation, benefits administration, and payroll
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in HR management systems and data analysis
- Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus
