**Job Description: HR & in SALES Coordinator (Remote / Hybrid )**
**Location:** Remote (Occasional Travel Required)
**Job Type:** Full-Time/Part-Time
**Salary:** 3000 to upto 35000 Per Month + Performance-Based Incentives
**Start Date:** Immediate

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as HR & Marketing Coordinators. This role is perfect for freshers passionate about blending human resources with digital marketing
**Job Summary:**
As an **HR & Marketing Coordinator**, you will support HR operations and execute digital marketing strategies. This remote role requires occasional travel for recruitment drives, client meetings, or marketing events. You will gain hands-on experience in HR processes, talent acquisition, and digital campaigns while working with tools like WordPress.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **HR Support:**
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain HR records and coordinate training programs.
- Travel occasionally for campus recruitment, interviews, or team meetings.
2. **Digital Marketing:**
- Manage social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Update and maintain WordPress websites (content, plugins, SEO).
- Create engaging content (blogs, newsletters, graphics).
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
3. **Collaboration:**
- Work with cross-functional teams to align HR and marketing goals.
- Support event planning and promotional activities.
**Requirements:**
- Freshers welcome! Bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, or related fields.
- **Compulsory:** Completion of an internship (any field) during academics.
- Basic knowledge of **digital marketing** (SEO, SEM, social media) and **WordPress**.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ownership of a **laptop** and reliable internet connection.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (expenses covered).
**Preferred Skills:**
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, or video editing tools.
- Understanding of HR software (e.g., Google Sheets, Canvas, likedin, Neta n Google Ads)
