We are looking for a competent and experienced HR Manager who can drive operational excellence, ensure statutory compliance, and align people practices with business goals — while nurturing a culture of performance, ownership, and trust.
Location: Worli, Mumbai (Corporate Office)
Reporting To: General Manager – HR
🔹 Lead end-to-end HR operations – onboarding to payroll coordination
🔹 Ensure robust statutory compliance & policy implementation
🔹 Drive performance management & employee engagement
🔹 Manage grievance handling & disciplinary processes
🔹 Support manpower planning & organizational development
🔹 Present HR MIS & analytical insights to leadership
♦️ MBA/PG in HR | 5–8 years of HR Operations experience (Logistics preferred)
♦️ Strong knowledge of Industrial Laws & compliance
♦️ Advanced Excel & PowerPoint proficiency
♦️ High integrity, strong execution focus, and hands-on approach
