Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development. Responsibilities include implementing HR policies, managing payroll and benefits, resolving employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the role involves fostering a positive workplace culture, supporting employee development, and collaborating with leadership on strategic HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee retention strategies
- Proficiency in payroll management, benefits administration, and labor law compliance
- Experience in conflict resolution, employee relations, and cultivating positive workplace environments
- Knowledge of organizational development, performance reviews, and training programs
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in HR management roles is highly desirable
