Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Kolkata. The Human Resources Manager will lead HR operations, oversee recruitment processes, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. Additional responsibilities include implementing training and development initiatives, driving employee engagement, and contributing to strategic workforce planning. The HR Manager will also act as a liaison between employees and management to maintain a positive work environment and resolve workplace concerns.Maintain team moral can do attitude
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Recruitment, Hiring, and Talent Acquisition processes
- Proficiency in Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution
- Experience in Training and Development, Performance Management, and HR Strategy Implementation
- Familiarity with Indian Labor Laws and HR compliance requirements
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with HR software and systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications preferred)
