Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Bhubaneswar. The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations, including talent acquisition, training and development, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, maintaining payroll and benefits administration, resolving employee concerns, and fostering a culture of inclusivity and teamwork. The role requires collaboration with leadership to align HR practices with the company’s mission and goals.
Qualifications
- Recruitment and staffing: Talent acquisition, workforce planning, and onboarding.
- Employee relations and engagement: Building a positive workplace culture, managing employee concerns, and fostering team collaboration.
- Performance management: Developing performance appraisal systems, setting KPIs, and monitoring employee progress.
- HR compliance and administration: Knowledge of labor laws, payroll, benefits management, and policy implementation.
- Training and development: Identifying learning needs and implementing training programs.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR management systems and tools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in human resources management, preferably in agriculture or a related industry.
- Ability to lead and manage teams effectively while working in a dynamic environment.
