Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
✅ Oversee attendance, leave management, and employee records
✅ Coordinate payroll activities with the Accounts team
✅ Maintain HR policies, documentation, and statutory compliance
✅ Foster positive employee relations and resolve workplace concerns
✅ Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
✅ Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and hiring strategies
✅ Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field
- 4–5 years of relevant HR experience
- Prior experience in the Real Estate or Construction industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and compliance
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation
