About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to manage core human resource functions, including talent acquisition, payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations and a strong understanding of labor laws and compliance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding
- Handle payroll processing ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Oversee statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, and other applicable labor laws
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Support employee engagement initiatives and address employee queries
- Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes
Key Requirements:
- 2–3 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong understanding of payroll management and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.)
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations
- Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
