Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and performance management. They will ensure implementation of HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and foster a positive workplace culture. The role also involves conducting employee training programs, addressing grievances, supporting staff retention initiatives, and identifying areas for process improvement in HR operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies and systems, along with knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
- Skills in performance management, staff training, and professional development planning
- Proven ability to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in using HR software and tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in a non-profit or development-focused environment
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in the non-profit sector or development organizations is an advantage
