Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Ghaziabad. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management. The role includes implementing HR policies, developing training programs, managing payroll and benefits processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will act as a strategic partner to leadership, fostering a positive organizational culture and managing employee relations to ensure a motivated and productive team.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies
- Strong background in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering inclusive workplace culture
- Experience in payroll processes and benefits administration
- Familiarity with labor laws, regulatory compliance, and HR policy development
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Analytical skills for assessing employee performance and improving HR functions
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus)
- Prior experience in a managerial HR role preferred
Preferred
- Experience in D2C, startups, or high-growth environments.
- 1+ years working with a D2C or product brand.
- 3+ years in Talent Development.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.
