Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Coimbatore North. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role includes implementing HR policies and strategies, handling payroll and benefits administration, and fostering a positive work environment. The professional will work closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with the company’s objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee engagement
- Familiarity with HR policies, labor laws, and compliance standards
- Strong skills in performance management and training & development
- Proficiency in payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in manufacturing or related industries is a plus
