Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The candidate will also be responsible for developing HR policies, conducting training sessions, managing employee benefits, and fostering a positive workplace culture. In this leadership role, the HR Manager will work directly with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition
- Skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Team Building
- Expertise in HR Policy Development, Compliance, and Labor Law Regulations
- Strong abilities in Training and Development, Performance Management, and Leadership
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Coimbatore
