Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh for an HR Manager. The HR Manager will lead and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Responsibilities include talent acquisition, developing HR strategies, ensuring policy compliance, managing employee relations, overseeing training and development programs, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will collaborate with different departments and ensure the smooth delivery of HR services while aligning with the company’s mission and vision.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Workforce Planning
- Expertise in Organizational Development and Training Programs
- Familiarity with HR Policies, Labor Laws, and Compliance Regulations
- Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Interpersonal Skills
- Proficiency in HR Software tools and workflow management systems
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in HR management for a similar organization or industry
- Ability to work effectively on-site and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
