Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Ahmedabad. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, performance management, policy implementation, and employee relations. - Experience in labor law compliance, policy implementation, and workplace regulations

- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving skills, and decision-making capability
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency with HR software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus
